What To Bring:

In order to register, you MUST bring the following:

• Copy of CURRENT Physical (unless you are a returning student and your physical has not yet expired)
• Copy of your child’s Health Insurance Card
• Returning students DO NOT need to be present for registration (but NEW students MUST be present!)
• Proof of address
• Download the Playground Childcare app to your phone, available on the app store or google play.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ALL OF THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER AND YOUR SPOT WILL NOT BE HELD!!!!

All additional registration materials will be made available at our studio during the time of registration.

Please remember that all classes are available on a first come-first serve basis. Once classes are full, we will end registration.
