Parent Committee
Groove With Me's Parent Committee was created in October, 2014 in effort to bring parents together, build a greater sense of community within the organization, and to value and include their voices in decisions made in the organization.
The Parent Committee strives to ensure the continued growth and effectiveness of Groove With Me through various activities including:

- Fundraising: supporting GWM financially with various fundraisers including bake sales, chocolate fundraisers, etc.
- Community Newsletters: Inform parents on information happening within GWM as well as important parenting tips, healthy cooking recipes, and upcoming fun, family events in the East Harlem Community.
- Advocacy & Community Outreach: Building positive relationships within the East Harlem Community and greater NYC area to build a greater support network for GWM
