Tap & Tapas Benefit

On April 11, 2005 an all-star team of NYC's top chefs cooked up a delightful feast! Tom Colicchio (Gramercy Tavern, Craft), Jonathon Waxman (Barbuto), Andy Nusser (Casa Mono), Mario Batali (Babbo, etc.), Kerry Heffernan (Eleven Madison Park), Marco Canora (Hearth), Gerry Hayden (Amuse), and Floyd Cardoz (Tabla) made everyone's mouth water!
